Pennate Parade card

When the new Idea Book & Catalog came out, I jumped on purchasing the Pennate Parade stamp set (wood or clear) and the coordinating Petite Pennants Builder Punch.

With all the traveling I've been doing since school's been out, I haven't had as much time as I would like to actually play with this set and punch.  Yet, I did get out and make this card:

Now, I need to point out that I did not design this card.  My upline, Sally Chuchman, needs the credit for this card.  I did, however, make this card :O)

RECIPE

CARD STOCK:  Pear Pizazz, Blushing Bride, Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Early Espresso, Whisper White, & Just Add Cake DSP

INKS:  Early Espresso

STAMPS:  Pennant Parade

TOOLS:  Petite Pennant Builder Punch, 1/2" Circle Punch, Ticket Corner Punch, 1/2" Stitched-Poly Ribbon in Poppy Parade, Basics Glimmer Brads, Hemp Twine, & Dimensionals

I really like this stamp set and punch.  I will most definitely be using it more.  I plan to stamp out a "What You Can Do With This Stamp Set" sheet to share with all of you.  That will be posted next week, hopefully with more sample cards using this stamp set and punch.

Happy Tuesday!

A Pink Thank You

Here is another card I made for one of my team members at the end of the school year:

This card is a CASE of myself.  The first card I made was red.  Click HERE to see that card.  I really like what I did the first time, and decided to try it in pink.  I really like how this card turned out.

RECIPE

CARD STOCK:  Pink Pirouette & Whisper White

INKS:  Pink Pirouette & Melon Mambo

STAMPS:  Baroque Motifs & Thank You Kindly

TOOLS:  2-Way Glue Pen, Dazzling Diamonds, Ticket Corner Punch, & Stamp-a-ma-jig

This card is the perfect card to make when you have a bunch of Thank You cards to make.  It's elegant, beautiful, and VERY quick and easy to make.

Thank You

After 2 months of being a Stampin' UP! demonstrator, I decided to go ahead and pay for a Stampin' UP! website.  I made this decision after purchasing and learning how to use My Digital Studio.  It would make it so much easier for my customers who purchase this program to purchase future downloads, not to mention my other customers who would like to place an order without going through me.

Well, within 2 weeks of owning my new website, someone used the Demonstrator Locator and found me.  She spent time on my website and blog-enjoying it all.  She also placed an order through my website.  As a special thank you to her, I made and sent her this thank you card:

RECIPE:

Colors: Real Red (ink-103133 & card stock-101190) and Whisper White card stock (100730)

Stamps: Baroque Motifs (113490) & Thank You Kindly (111700)

Extras: Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (102023), 2-Way glue pen (100425), SNAIL adhesive (104332), & Ticket Corner punch (107214)

Happy Saturday!
