Luminary with Stampin' UP! Decor Elements

Aren't these just too cute?  I love how simple they are to make and that they use a Stampin' UP! product that I don't use very often - Decor Elements.  On the ones shown here, they used "Spooky Things" Decor Elements from the Holiday Mini Catalog.

The frames are made with card stock or Designer Series Paper (DSP).  I prefer the card stock because it's studier than DSP, therefore it will keep it's shape better.  Yet, either type of paper will work for this projects.  The windows are made using vellum.  Before you put it all together, put the Decor Elements on the vellum first.  I also recommend using Sticky Strip to hold it together.
