Open House make-n-takes

     First off, I want to thank those of you who came to my open house.  It was wonderful to see you and spend a little time catching up.  I also want to thank those of you that couldn't come, but who placed an order with me.

     I have not yet done the drawings for my door prizes.  I promise I will announce the winners tomorrow evening.

     A FOND FAREWELL:

     This project was the one we made using items that will be retiring at the end of the month.  The pillow box die and white grosgrain ribbon will be staying with use (YEA!)

RECIPE:

CARD STOCK:  Bermuda Bay, Apricot Appeal, & Whisper White (staying!)

STAMPS:  Because I Care (sneak peak) & Sprinkles

TOOLS:  Scallop Oval Punch,  Large Oval Punch, Big Shot, Pillow Box Die, & Whisper White Grosgrain Ribbon  *NOTE* All these items are staying.


We filled these cute pillow boxes with M & M's - Yummy!

     A SNEAK PEEK:

     My new core color paper did not come in the package that was delivered Friday evening (talk about cutting it close!).  So, I had to quick change my sneak peek card.

RECIPE:

CARD STOCK:  Whisper White

STAMPS:  Because I Care (a level 1 hostess set in the new catalog)

INKS:  Marina Mist Marker, Pear Pizzaz Marker, Concord Crush Marker, & Cajun Craze

TECHNIQUE USED:  Thumbing

     Everyone who saw the new colors said they loved them.  I love them!  Wait until you see them in person!  If you would like to see the new colors and/or the new catalog, please let me know.  I'd love to share.

     We had a lot of fun making the boxes and cards.  If you weren't able to come to my Open House this time, I hope you are able to come next time.
