Stocking Card
This is a card I designed all by myself. AMAZING! Isn't it? All kidding aside, I wanted to use my new letterpress. I was not happy with how the letterpress worked, but of course, it's like anything else new, the more I tried it, the better I got at it. It does take a few times using it to figure it out, but the look is wonderful!
I did just the stockings and I used Old Olive Craft ink. I then clear heat embossed them (to make them slightly shiny). I then cut each stocking out. I used the Dotted Scallop Ribbon border punch and put Old Olive ribbon on top. I really like how it urned out!
RECIPE:
CARD STOCK: Old Olive & Whisper White
INK: Old Olive Craft
STAMPS: Many Merry Messages
TOOLS: Joyful Season Letterpress Plate, Big Shot, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, Old Olive 1/4" grosgrain ribbon, Paper Snips, Clear Stampin' Embossing Powder, & Heat Tool
Be sure to check back tomorrow. Stampin' UP! will be announcing Cyber Monday deals that you won't want to miss! I'll post all the information.
Happy Sunday!
