Valentine Dresser Box

I have wanted to make one of these for some time now.  I just had no idea how to make one until now.

I did not create this myself.  I wish I could take that credit, but I cannot.  The idea and tutorial came from Andrea Walford.  She is so talented.  I wish I had half the talent she does.

Again, I don't have any current Valentine DSP, so I used my paper from last year.  It is a good excuse to use this beautiful paper.  You can make this in any color, using any DSP, for any reason/celebration.  I  also used other retired Stampin' UP! products.  I'm trying very hard to use up my stash.  Hopefully this inspires you to use your stash too.

Here is the top of the box:

I used the Letterpress Plate, Pinking Heart Border Punch, and Heart to Heart punch to create the top.

RECIPE:

CARD STOCK:  Pink Pirouette, Cherry Cobbler, & Sending Love DSP (retired)

INK:  Versa Mark

TOOLS:  Big Shot, Matchbox Die, Lots of Love Letterpress Plate, Pinking Hearts Border Punch, Crop-A-Dile (1/8" punch), Heart to Heart Punch Pink Pirouette Corduroy Buttons (retired), Sticky Strip, SNAIL Adhesive, & Paper Trimmer

Click HERE to order any of these Stampin' UP! products.

You can fill these drawers with candy, trinkets, gift certificates, or any other little surprise you'd like to give someone.  You can also use this little dresser to store small embellishments, (brads, eyelets, and buttons), or any other little items you use often.  Another idea wold be to give this to a little girl for all her prized possessions.  The ideas are endless.

You can also make this dresser as tall as you wish - with as many drawers as you wish.  Again, the ideas are endless.

Happy Friday!
