A neat tutorial!

     I found a really neat and useful tutorial on Paula Goff's older blog, Paula Ponders. She has a Stampin' UP! blog, Inking Addict Designs.

     Here tutorial is on how to make perfect circles using Stampin' UP!'s tab punch (they work best on 3x3 cards).  It's so cool.  You can use this circle to frame the SU! Scallop Circle, and it's layers.  I can definitely see myself using this technique!
