     Stampin' Up! is now selling single stamps *from a few selected stamp sets*.  The ones in the current catalog are wood-mount stamps.  All the new single stamps are clear-mount stamps.  They will come packaged in a cellophane bag.  You will need the clear blocks to use these new stamps.
