Blue & Orange Birthday

What?  It's NOT your birthday?  Okay!  How about Happy Un-birthday?

This card is a very happy & fun birthday card.  The blue border around the presents is popped up and the ribbon (retired-sorry!) is tied around the blue boarder.

I can't take credit for this card.  My upline, Sally Chuchman made this card for one of her card clubs about a year or so ago.  I just took her idea and did my thing (CaSEd it).  Thank you Sally for the idea!  I really like this card.
